Thread: Variable Pay Rates Depending on what Time of Day

This is a hard one. My worked asked me if I can make a spreadsheet calculating pay for our doctors with a time of day and on call status variables. Here's how they are paid:

Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM $250/Hour
After Hours: Monday - Friday 6:01 PM to 5:59 AM and Weekends $400/Hour
On Call Hours: $350 regardless of time of day. So I would need some sort of status changer for that. I will attached my spreadsheet. Any help will be rewarded with praise.
