    Question Conditional (VLOOKUP?) Problem(s)

    Just need a simple assistance on what seems a lookup feature but I am having trouble to figure out.

    Pl see attached excel file for all details

    Sory but i am strugling to understand exactly what you want
    Please explain a diffferent way, don't forget that i've got no idea of the back ground etc.
