    Convert Formula to Value

    Hi there

I've got a huge column of data and they are in the form of formulas and I want to convert them to values.

I dont find the copy/paste special/paste values only option convenient since I have to copy and paste on another column and then replace the original column with the new one.

Is there no way I can do this in situ?

For a single cell I can hit F2 followed by F9 and then Enter. But I cant seem to find out how to do this for a range where all the formulas are different.

If there is non-VBA method to do this can you please let me know.

A macro wont be complicated to do this task but if there is a built in fucntion already, I dont want to be wasting time on coding.

    Thanks
    Best regards
    Santa

Just select the column of cells, copy then paste special over the same cells
    Hope that helps.
