Thread: Student attendance in Excel 2007

I am planned to maintain my student attendance in Excel 2007.

Example" Student Alan will come Ist day present ("X") 2nd - 5th day absent ("A") then 6 & 07 present then 08th to as of now leave so what we found today is 11 so more than 3days alan was absent. in such case i would like to see in result filed those who continuously absent for more than 3days and above in result cell has to display "LONG LEAVE" then after two day student has come then the result field show "PRESENT" so that i can concentrate only the LONG LEAVE student. is there is any formula in this regard pls help its urgent
