Does anyone know how to create a formula that will round time values to the nearest half hour and show only one decimal place? For example....1.25 hours would round to 1.5 hours.

Assuming your values are 1.25 rather than 1:15
=ROUND(B2*2,0)/2

If you have the hours in decimal in A1 then try this formula in B1
=MROUND(A1,0.5)

Okay, looks like you have the cell formatted to general and not to time. Is that correct?
Try this
=CEILING(A2-0.25,0.5)
Edit: I always forget MROUND. Do that.
