I have a large chunk of data and they have tags that identify them so like this,
BOB data 1
BOB data 2
BOB data 3
APPLE data 1
APPLE data 2
APPLE data 3
SKY data 1
SKY data 2
SKY data 3
What formula would I use to extract only "BOB data 3"?

Your example isn't very clear as to exactly what you are trying to achieve. Can you upload a sample workbook showing the expected result that you want from the formula.
