If I have a cell A1 with a formula e.g. =MID(B1,2,4)
The content of B1 is benjamin, so the result of the formula in A1 would be "njam"
If i try to copy the content of the cell by right clicking, I only copy the formula =MID(B1,2,4).
How do I copy the string "njam"?
• Right-click on the formula cell
• Select COPY
• Right-click on the destination cell
• Select: Paste Special...Check: Values...Click: OK

In A1
=MID(B1,3,4)
Copy A1
Select your destination cell
Paste > Paste Values
or
Paste > Paste Special..... Select Values
