populate data from one spreadsheet to another using two references

Please refer the attachment. I need to populate data in sheet A from B. Values in Coloum B and C (Sheet A) are references with Coloum B and K (Sheet B)

If i need to populate actual units in coloum H (sheet A) from coloum M (sheet B) with reference to coloums B&C (sheet A) and coloums B&K (sheet B), the logic should be like

if values from B & C (Sheet A) are equal to B & K (sheet B) then H becomes equal to M.

These files i have to update each week and its a big file with 1000 rows , can anyone tell me how to code this logic.

Why not attach a sample of your workbook? it seems to be the way to get an answer quickly and more accurately.
How can anybody work with a picture?

looking at your screenshot, it seems as if you have two different workbooks, not just two sheets in the same workbook.

Please create a small data sample with a dozen or so rows for each sheet/book, make sure that there are matching rows of data and post that.

Thanks for the reply. I have attached the excel sheets . engg.oprtl.(23.12.10).xls is exported from one software. I need to update data in this sheet from jan11.xls workbook which is exported from another software.
