    Subtotals in Pivot Table

Hi, Is it possible to have the Subtotals at the end of the Pivot before Grand Total as in the attached sheet?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi -

I don't believe you can move all subtotals to the bottom, BUT you can get the same affect if you Collapse or Expand the "Expense Category". Witout showing the individual expenses all subtotals will be adjacent to each other with a grand total below that. Then you can click the "+" sign to expand an individual GPB or Expand all.

    I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply , I need to have Expense Category and C&B and NON C&B Total both at end before Grand Total.
