Copying data from multiple cells, into one cell.

Hi guys, I am trying to copy a list of codes from a column into a single cell, so that I can transfer it into a single field in a different program.

So basically column A looks something like this:

    1111,
    2222,
    3333,
    4444,
    5555,

(but there are about 1300 rows in the column)

And I want to past all of the information into one cell, eg:

    1111, 2222, 3333, 4444, 5555,

Your help would be very much appreciated

copy into word then find replace ^p with nothing
they will put it all in onesingle block use that or paste back into single cell in excel
    @ Rahul Nagar

1 .there are only 256 columns so it wouldnt fit
    2. concatenate only works on 30 items

    Hi Martin,

When I type ^p into Find and Replace, it comes up with an error saying: ^p is not a valid special character for the Find What Box.

Any ideas why that would be?

1st copy all the data in notepad and again copy from notepad and then paste in word.
after that copy find replace ^p with nothing.

I don't have Notepad on my computer, I have Wordpad instead. I tried copying it into this first, before copying it into Word, but it makes no difference.

It still says that ^p is not a valid special character for the Find What Box

Copy your data and paste in ms-word >> select all the data and right click >>Merge Cells>>then find replace ^p with nothing.
