Thread: Adding values to column

Hello,

I have group of employees that work in two shifts.

First shift is 8 hours, and second 6.5 hours.

In column D (hh) I want to put, if PersonA is first shift = value 8 but only in first row of PersonA(not in each row of column D)

and PersonB and PersonC are second shift = value 6.5

can you help?
