Pivot table help

I have created pivot table in the past, however the one I am trying to create is not working, I did not know that only a certain amount of columns were allowed. The pivot table I am trying t create is from a whole years worth of information by month. I can't get past October. Two questions here, is it possible to create a pivot table manually, I particularly like the output of the table. I am using sadly Excel 2003. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me

Hi moates,

When you say

I can't get past October

it sounds like you need to expand the data your are using for your Pivot Table. Reset the Range Of Data your pivot table is from.

The above is a complete guess but I hope it is what you meant.

Hi moates,

You need to start by having a table/List of data. That means you can't have any blank rows or columns in the data. See:
