    conditional formatting

I am trying to copy down the formatting for R4,L4,N4,P4
I am having trouble keeping the rows separate. when I copy down TO 500 it wants to reference row four for all rows?
    any help?
    THANKS

    Thumbs up Re: conditional formatting

    Hi,

your question is a bit confusing, do you want to apply the conditional formatting of L4,N4,P4,R4 to other rows....? if so you can set the range in conditional formatting "Applies to" field only.... chk the attached file if it solves.

And the formula from O5 has #REF. chk once

    Re: conditional formatting

if conditions are true for M4 why when blank does M5:M?? go red? I need conditions in each row to be for that row only
