Unexpectedly my CTRL + Arrow stopped working as it is supposed to. Specifically, in any document (including a blank document) CTRL + Arrow Up of Down behaves normally, however CRTL + right only scrolls to the right edge of the screen and CTRL + Left does nothing. If I scroll so far right that row A is off the screen to the left, then CTRL + Left takes me back one screen width to the left.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or questions. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi rockets2010.
This kind of behavior happens to me if I've hit some lock key on my keyboard. It happens more on the laptop where the arrow keys share number keys.
It is always possible that Excel is working properly and you have some limits set. A suggestion a few weeks ago of having a Sheet Protected, except for a few cells might look like this behavior. When you move the cursor it can only go to the next unprotected cell. Look for worksheet protection on this problem sheet.
Also I've seen where Ctrl+Arrow keys take you to the last cell that has data or the first cell with data, depending on what is in between. Some people like to have fonts of White on White so the cell looks blank but isn't. The next blank cell might also have a formula in it which is returning a blank and may be confusing. Excel is working properly in these events but just seems wrong.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Thank you for responding. I actually figured this one out last night - somehow i had checked "transition navigation keys" in the Excel Options menu. I have no idea how I did that, but when I unchecked it, everything went back to normal
