I have table world countries and GMT/UTC timezone for each.
Now i need to check what time is in all this countries when its 11am in USA (+8gmt)
how can i do so?
e.g. in russia is +3gmt
I tried 3+8+11 = 22pm in russia when in us is 11 but when country has minus zone it does not work for me someone know how to do it?
I attached file there is 2 sheets first i tried with date format other with numbers but neither works with minus timezones please help
="-"&TEXT(MOD($A$1-A2,1),"hh:mm") I can't really fathom out your sample to be honest, but I'd sugest if you know what the answers to each time zone are and your difficulty is in displaying the time as a negative relative to GMT timezone, try adding the formula above it will let you display the - and still have a text representation of a time

My problem is not displaying but rather calculate time how can i find out in excel e.g.
what time will be at
-5 gmt in certain country when its "11am in +8 gmt country"
