Hi I'm a very beginner with excel even though I've owned it for a while I've never got round to using it that much so know nothing about formulas etc. but hoping this won't involve anything difficult that is if it's possible.
I have our works timesheet as a jpeg and PSD file on my PC is it possible to transfer that file and keep it complete with what is already on it ie place of work ,name, ref number, hours into excel and then be able to type whatever I want onto it in the right places once again ie put a persons name alongside the name place, and how many hours they have done alongside that.
I hope I'm explaining myself clearly enough. Please help if you can and if possible in plain english not tech jargon
thanks, uksweetheart

Unfortunately, both of the file formats that you've referenced are image files.
Image files are not configured in a way that leads to them being understood by word processing or spreadsheet applications. It's like asking for the rows and column values of a rainbow.
What you can do, however, is place the image in your Excel Spreadsheet using the Insert > Picture button on the ribbon to save you from alt-Tabbing over to your image viewing software while you format a spreadsheet to look like the image, and migrate the data.
