Thread: Mass copy, 1 template to another???

Here is my problem: I have a few thousand files all using the exact same template but filled with different information. I have a new template that is exactly the same as the old template, but with a few additions (in cells that are empty/vacant/unused in the old files). I need to change all of the old files so that they utilize the new template. All of the data from the old files will end up in the exact same cells in the new file. A1 to A1, B25 to B25 etc

The hitch is that sizeable portion of the files have multiple worksheets. This may or may not cause a problem, I don't know. All of the worksheets are the same template, and all of these files are saved with all worksheets active.

I have attached (2) files, an example of the old files, with multiple worksheets, and a copy of the new template. You should be able to see that I am not changing any of the data, only the template around the data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I think I have 2600 files to convert, I really dont want to go through each individual file.
