Hi,
I have been given an excel 2007 model but I only have Excel 2003 on my work computer. When I have opened up the model, I got #name in the cells where there is this formula. After doing somer research I learned that SUMPRODUCT formulas should be used. The question is whether SUMPRODUCT would work with these SUMIFS formulas:
Thanks for the help!_xlfn.SUMIFS(Construction!$G$302:$CJ$302,Construction!$G$5:$CJ$5,"<="&Debt!H54,Construction!$G$4:$CJ$4,">="&Debt!H53)-_xlfn.SUMIFS(Construction!$G$303:$CJ$303,Construction!$G$5:$CJ$5,"<="&Debt!H54,Construction!$G$4:$CJ$4,">="&Debt!H53)

I don't know what is _xlfn? Object? or smt like that
Try a solution, change to Sumproduct function
_xlfn.SUMPRODUCT(Construction!$G$302:$CJ$302*(Construction!$G$5:$CJ$5<=Debt!H54)*(Construction!$G$4:$CJ$4>=Debt!H53))-_xlfn.SUMPRODUCT(Construction!$G$303:$CJ$303*(Construction!$G$5:$CJ$5<=Debt!H54)*(Construction!$G$4:$CJ$4>=Debt!H53))
Thanks so much, it worked!
the _xlfn was my mistake; Excel put it in by itself, when I tried converting the formula from 2007 to 2003.
Thanks again!![]()
