Not entirely sure what you're trying to do but the basic premise is wrong:
Regards1 =COUNTA(B5:M5)
1 =COUNTIF(B5:M5,"<>")
12 =COUNTIF(B5:M5,"<>0")
The logic of the formula is not correct. Kindly inform either you need count or sum in these cases:
(B5:M5<>0), B5:M5 / A5:M5)

Sorry for wasting your time.. Ive checked the formula again and your both right.. Ive amended and taken out the first part of the sum upto the Lookup.
It seems ok now.
