    Thank you for all of the help.

    Sorry about the delay,

    Two more questions:

    In the formula that you gave me are you rounding up and down to the nearest hour or are you simply shortening it to the hour only.

    For example: I need to have "01:59:59" read as "1"

    Last question ( I hope)

    I need a formula formatted in number format for column B that will look at columns C (PST) & E (EST) and:

    simply duplicate the hour if it's in column C (number format) and subtract 3 hours if it's in column E (h,m,s format) . I also need it to be intelligent enough to not create negative times. There will never be numbers in both columns C & E.

    Lastly since I implemented the last formula you gave me I'm getting lagging in my excel sheet. Is this to be expected considering the calculations occuring?
