Thread: Insert new row

Hi! Good Day to all!

I am having a hard time looking for a formula to insert new row if text changes. And count the data in column b. (e.g. c/in and c/out)

IM not using vba nor vb6.. just pure excel 2007..
Heres the problem.

A B C(in) D(out)

Jernike C/in 2 2
Jernike C/out
Jernike C/in
Jernike C/out

Nike C/in 2 2
Nike C/out
Nike C/in
Nike C/out

To be solved...
insert new row if column a changes value and at the same time count how many time he has "c/in" or "c/out"
