Hi, i was trying to paste a list from a website into excel.
data like:
AOL Inc. New York,
ABC, Inc. New York, NY United States 1,638
IAC/InterActiveCorp New York, NY United States 1,637
White & Case LLP New York, NY United States 1,307
Madison Square Garden, Inc. New York, NY United States 1,157
Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. New York, NY United States 1,137
Duff & Phelps Corporation New York, NY United States 375
Public Health Solutions New York, NY United States 226
New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation New York, NY United States 65
New York City Economic Development Corporation
i wonder whether there is any way i can do to make all this data fall into respective cell in the same column? like AOL has its own cell, then ABC is in the cell below AOL.
Many thanks again!
Have you tried Data - Text to columns and use a comma as a delimiter?

Thank for your reply. However, i was not trying to separate the data into column. I wanted the data to fall into respective consecutive cell in the same column. Please help. I really appreciate it.
