Pull out data from an array

Hi there

I have multiple blocks of data in 1 spreadsheet which I manually assigned range name for each block of data.

In another spreadsheet, when the range name is selected (which I use combo box) i need to be able to pull out the whole row if the first column of that row has the text 'Approved'.

The excel is attached.

Only functions. No code or filter function..

I see no range names nor combobox (I also got a load error, irrecoverable data).

I didn't put in my combo box but I have indicated 2 arrays (Block_A & Block_B) in this attached excel for better illustration of what I meant...

But in my actual excel, I do have a combo box to choose Block_A or Block_B array. When the array is selected, I can display the data of Block_A but I only want to display the rows with 'Approved'. So I'm stuck...

How can I go about it?? Functions which involve using the array name?
