Thread: Conditional Formatting with multiple calculations

I have an excel spreadsheet to monitor project completion dates for several groups. Each group (out of about 50 groups) submits a report. My spreadsheet looks like table copied below

Due Date Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 Group 5 Group 6 Coding
12-Aug-11 Peter Sally Robert Brenda John Sarah Intime

The conditional formatting should color code the cell containing name of the person under each Group. If submitted on due date, the color coding for the corresponding cell (Sally/Robert/Brenda/John/Sarah) will be GREEN, if delayed for 1 or 2 days, it will be YELLOW and if the dealy is beyond 2 days, it will be RED.

The second coding will be GREEN if all the groups have submitted in time, YELLOW if delay by 1 or 2 days and RED if delayed beyond 2 days.

Is all the above possible?

Here it is
