Sorting top 10 values, for pivot tables which have the same values for two items

I have a set of data, which I created a pivot table on.

I used the filter to include only the top 10 values. However, 8 of my items have the same value, so instead of showing me just the top 10, it shows the top 17 items.

Is there any way to have two pivot table filters, for example, show me the top 10 items based on values, AND if there are multiple items with the same value, just pick one?

Or maybe pick one based on an alphabetical order? Please see my attached spreadsheet.

The reason I need just the top 10, is because I am linking various parts of the pivot table to other worksheets. However when various groups of products have more than one item with the same value, the pivot table position changes... Not sure if that makes sense?
