The data is on one worksheet:
A B C
Name County Town
John Sussex Brighton
Eric Yorkshire York
Jim Cheshire Manchester
Liz Sussex Hove
Sarah Avon Bristol
On another sheet is where i want the data to be returned, the dropdown menu is on A2, under the title County Search (A1), after selecting the county i want the name and town to appear next to the search+menu, ie B2 and C2.
A B C
County Search Name Town
I've used a simple vlookup within a data validation list dropdown menu in list form so that i can search by county. I want to set up the vlookup so that it shows all results. The vlookup works fine, but comes unstuck when i choose Sussex as there are 2 results, but only one shows. How can i show more than one result if such exists?
This is with excel 2007.

This might sound like a weird question since you've already answered my problem, but is there a way of doing the same task just with vlookup and hlookup?
Dear khamilton,
I need the same, and above attachment link is broken.
Could you please upload example file again?
Thank you!
