conditions are names(which is a drop down list), and levels(rounded to nearest 100, with 100 being the minimum value rounded to, and 1000 being max).
i've attached a simple sheet to better show what i'm looking for. but, essentially, what i'm trying to do is look up a value in a chart, based on the input values.
example:
A1- i input AAA, being one of the name examples i used in drop down list.
B1 - i input 270.
Then i want C1 to look up first value in chart, associated with AAA, 300('A').
Then, D1 to look up value in second column associated with AAA, 300('B').
The only things i can think of to do here is use match, index, and other stuff... but, not sure how to really do that. If i can get a base-line working function here to see how it works, then i can definitely repopulate to the real document (which is, sadly, much greater than the allotted memory usage this site allows for).
