OK- I have a long list of names in column A. Column B contains how many draws that person is entitled to.

I want to randomly select a name with proper weight given to the persons with multiple draws.

I have seen a YouTube video on this, but the tutorial had the same name listed multiple times in new rows. I want to avoid having to do that and simply rely on the number of draws indicated in column B.

Can anyone point me to the proper formula for this?
