Remove blank from drop down list

Hi,

Please see the attached file. In cell D15 I have a drop down for letters and based on the value in D15 I have to show the corresponding letters in drop down in E15.

For example I select letter 'C' in D15 then in the drop down in E15, it should show the numbers 4 and 10 only and no blank spaces in between or after. Similarly if I select letter 'K' in D15 then in the drop down in E15, it should show the numbers 7 and 9 only. The data for these 2 drop down is from B3 to H10. I do not want to use any macro. I just want to use the excel functions. I am not getting any example like this. I hope I am clear enough in describing about what I am expecting. Can someone please help.

Thanks for the example and link. But the problem is if there are spaces in the data. See the attached modified file. The numbers in red colour are not being displayed in the dependent drop down. I do not want to see the spaces in between the numbers 5, 9 and 1 as well as 4,10 & 3. How can we remove these spaces?
