Does anyone know how to export this to an excel spreadsheet properly? Unfortunately I cannot redownload it correctly from the source.

better purchase converters, or there are FREE converters available out there.
BUT for simple pdf files you can change it first to TXT then open it in excel. you'll be in the delimeted tabs just follow the instructions there.
