Thread: Matching columns and then subtracting

I attached a file to explain it better.

But basically what I need is a column to search for an account number, take the corresponding Count Number and then find the same account number from another list and subtract the associated corresponding Count number. My description might sound confusing so hopefully my spreadsheet clears it up a little. Thanks for the help in advance!
