I am a secretary and I am making a chart that is graphing a set client appointment schedule, compared to how the schedule actually went throughout the day, that also shows how long the clients had to wait before being seen. Help?
I am Excel illiterate. The numbers-to-time conversion is killing me.

This is really hard to help you with without seeing the data. Can you attach your workbook? Or at least describe in excruciating detail what the data is and how it is laid out?
(If you are trying to do a numbers-to-time conversion it is a flag that maybe you should be entering data as time to begin with.)
