Hi,
On a column we have mixture of 'Non blank" & "Blank" cells.
If I have a filter & click it, we do not get all the options on the column.
Instead it shows the content of first "Non blank" cell.
is there a possibility to see all the options under filter option ?
Thanks
Shadmani
When you apply the filter, select your entire data set and not just the 1st row. That way, the blanks also will be included and all your data too.
Cheers,
Arlette

Hi
I think, that this is because when you create the filter you did't highlight all the column but you did only the header..
