I am trying to create a daily planner in excel (covering monday to friday) that will also allow me to track client hours. Im pressuming I will need this to be across 2 worksheets, the first being the daily planner and the second being client hours. However im pretty new to formulas and have no idea what formula to use to search for a clients name in the daily planner and than to subtract the start time from the end time each time the clients name is found. Ideally leaving me with a client name and total number of hours for that week on the second spreadsheet, if that makes sense. Any help please would be appreciated.

Please design the layout in a excel file and upload that. To upload, click on "Go Advanced" while replying and look for paper clip icon. Thanks.
