    Conditional formatting to for row

    Hi all,
I'm not sure how to hightlight a row if it contain a specific text. I have a big table, in a col, at any row if it appear a specific item I want to highlight that row. Eg, table of A3:Z50. The item list is at col D. If item "Vehicle" is in D40 then I want that row A40:Z40 is highlight.
    Tks for your help!
