Hello Forum Friends, I have spent the better part of my time here helping and trying to help others. Now it seems I need the help. What i am wanting is code "VBA" to Take a list of ticket Numbers ie. "211012.pdf" and retrieve these documents from a folder, copy and Paste into a separate folder. Simple as that :o) I'll check back periodically to answer questions and check for solutions. Thank you in advance for the help and time.
There is no substitute for clean data.
Pretty easy to do, too.
This is the wrong forum section for Programming questions.... not a horribly oversight, but...
You should know how strongly the Moderators enforce correct thread titles by now, surely? Edit that post above and properly title the thread before you get a permanent infraction.Moving files from folder to folder
Post up a sample workbook showing
1) a list of filenames
2) where they are found (path)
3) where they should be copied to

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
PLEASE PM WHEN YOU HAVE DONE THIS AND I WILL DELETE THIS POST
