Cell "R24" should result in the number count of "1", due to a person entering the store at that time as in cell "C21"

Hi all,
maybe in F24:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(ROUND($C$4:$C$52,5)=ROUND(F25,5)))
It's a rounding issue, these problems are derived from the transformation from decimal to sexagesimal notation of the time: double check this info.
