Multiple Vlookups on one data set

On the program tab the items marked with an "X" I need the material and the total cost to appear on the summary tab.
I can do a vlookup but only get the first item to appear.

    I am using Excel 2007

    Thanks!13-2_Summary.xlsx

Yes but none of the replies worked. Can someone insert it into the file and send back?
