Formula for sum of cells(text) from another sheet?

I want to input in one cell(different sheet) a combination of cells B37(city) B38(state) B39(zip) from 'Data' Sheet but I want a space and a "," after the combination of cells

    What formula would be best?

I tried using a =Data!$b37&$b38&$b39 but it did not work

    Thanks in advance

    Does this do it?

    =Data!$B37&", "&Data!$B38&", "&Data!$B39
