Drag feature in Excel 2010 not working

Hi,

Previously in Excel 2007 and earlier versions there use to be a drag feature which can used to copy data in cells for text and incremental numbering for number which i am not finding in MS Excel 2010.

Is this feature removed from this version?

Is there any patch for this to be installed?

Works in Excel 2010 as normal

Hi Roy,

I am unable to use the feature. The + type sign used to occur in previous versions i have used but currently nothing like that appears.
So unable to use this much useful feature.

Got It.

Then follow this procedure:

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button Button image, and then click Excel Options.
2. In the Advanced category, under Editing options, select or clear the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop check box to turn drag-and-drop editing on or off.
