Collecting & Grouping of Data into columns...

Greetings... to any excel enthusiasts out there.

    Excel_problem.jpg

I currently have data in the Format A, but have been told I need to put it into Format B...

Is there any way to generate a new spreadsheet with the data from Format A, into Format B without having to re-type of copy???

Would would also be excellent is if I change the values in Format A, Format B also updates the changes.

Does anyone know if this can be done easily??? I only ask because my original data is far larger than the example here...

And, to save yourself some time, attach a sample workbook with some (more) typical data.
