Repeat discontinuous rows

I would like to have 3 rows to repeat every page but other than that I have another 3 rows that is not continued from the first 3 rows to be repeated too. I cannot use macro as my user has to save this as .xlsx after work done, so it will not be updated if user change something in the future.
I have tried to use linked text box but it was not possible to make it repeat in the next page. Any tools or normal formula to help me out of this?

Attached I have highlighted the green rows which I would like to have them repeated in every next page.

Just to share an idea. I have fixed this out by making the top 3 rows as header. send data from another page to update in the header before save as .xlsx then I repeat only the other 3 rows.

Only some of the work around.. I use this code to send data to my header..
