Hyperlinking to specific sheets in a dif. workbook.

**Mod's, I wasn't sure exactly where this belonged so please move as you see fit!**

Simply put, my OCD is kicking in and my 'working' spreadsheet isn't as streamlined as I think it could be. Here's the deal:

Spreadsheet 'Pedometer' is used to track the amount of steps taken in a 24 hour period, or in my case, wake up to bed time. As of right now it has a hyperlink to workbook 'Trackers', which consists of 31 sheets that each contain the same tracking charts I need; each sheet pertaining to the date of whatever month is current.

Problem:

My OCD wants to have each hyperlink on 'Pedometer' to link the date in A2, A3..etc., to the corresponding sheet for that date within the 'Trackers' workbook (ie...Cell A2 has date 02/01/2013. Ideally Cell D2 needs to be hyperlinked to sheet '2' in workbook 'Trackers'). I have no idea where to begin looking for a way to individually link certain cells to a certain sheet in a different workbook.

change the file path to match yours
