Excel Workbook for those without excel

I have a small problem i'm hoping someone can help with.

I've created an office golf pool using excel 2010, which uses web queries to update the leaderboard and such.

My problem lies with that some of the people in the pool, don't have excel on home computers, so they can't open my workbook. I've tried saving the workbook as a HTML file (everyone can open that), but it no longer updates the web query. Is this something that can be fixed on my end? Or is there any other way that I can share my workbook with colleagues who don't have excel and still get the updated web queries?

Any help would be great!

Thanks for the ideas. I can easily get them images of the results after each round...it's just the workbook works by updating scores and other stats in real time. Was hoping someone would have had a similar problem.
