In excel, we have one format for cell next to underline.
I am preparing one excel sheet where there are more than two formats to apply for different cells.
It becomes very tiring to change the formats every time back and forth.
" Is there a way to have two formats cell options in excel"

you can create a new group on the ribbon and add the borders dropdown to it if that's what you mean
