need scrolling table

I have a designated area within a worksheet (9 columns, 8 rows) to work with. Each column has a heading. I would like to submit upto 200 values (rows) for each column. In order to do this I need a scroll bar with a table, but I am unsure of how to integrate it properly. I do not want to reference data from another sheet, I would like to be able to scroll through all 200 rows, one page at a time (8 rows per page), and input my data values.

Any takers on how to achieve this?

So, you can't just input the data, I take it? I seem to be missing what you're not able to do that you want to do.
