Shared workbook - Save history tab?

In Tools, TrackChanges, Highlight Changes, is a 'List to Sheet'

this sheet is then a standard Worksheet and you can Edit - Move or Copy etc

Hi,

The 'Track' is rather guarded in allowing access to it's data, one possibility for you is if you record a macro, and replace the code with

and in Macro, Options set to a ShortCut key (like Ctrl/Shift/H for 'History') then, with the History in view, press CTRL/SHIFT/H the data will be copied to a new sheet, this sheet will save with the workbook.

Note, you will need to take the workbook off 'Share' to do the macro setup, but it will run as a ShortCut.
