How to write a macro for command button

I am attempting to set up two command buttons for filter using macro, but i dont know how to write code in macro. please help me.

See the attached workbook "Toggle two command buttons for filtering - marc5354 - SDG10.xls" with your two command buttons coded to toggle the filter on or off.
