In my excel file it's something like this

Product2 Charger
Product2 Headphones

Product2 256 RAM
Product3 Screen Protector
Product4 Charger
Product5 Headphones
......and so on....for 1000's of products....
I want to add "</br>" in second column at the end of each line/row/para/cell or whatever you call it
something like this

with your text list starting in A1, use this in A2 and copy down
=A1&"</br>"
