I like to add within excel listbox like X,M,L,XXL
how to do it?
do you mean a dropdown box?
try data/validation
allow
list
either type in list with commas
X,M,L,XXL
or refer to a range of cells say c1:c4 that has those values in

User can not delete this cell content where is Listbox
unlock cell ,protect the sheet . but validation can always be defeated by copy/paste
